Ground shipping to the Continental US is free! UPS and USPS options are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once the gown has shipped from our store. Special orders may require additional time to receive based upon availability. Your wear date will be referenced to make sure you receive your gown prior to your event. Your credit card will only be charged if the gown you order is available for your wear date.

ReturnsDue to the specialty nature of our business, we are unable to take returns on special order gowns, as is the policy with most stores like ours. We carefully examine each dress that ships through our store to be sure it is free of damage or defect. However if you should find a flaw or mistake with your order, please notify us within 3 days of the receipt of your order so that we may remedy the problem as quickly as possible. For gowns that we have in inventory we will accept returns with a restocking fee of 30%. Gowns in inventory are located in our Ready to Ship and Sale Gowns categories. Should you require an exchange on an in stock gown, we will allow one exchange with no restocking charge to you.
